Cheese: a word to make the heart quicken and the stomach rumble. Heritage Cheese from London’s Borough Market will be running cheese masterclasses, each masterclass lasting approximately one hour, with ample tasting of cheese, plus light hearted and fascinating stories behind the cheeses tasted.

Each masterclass is matched with matching wine, beer, cider or spirits – apple juice is available for children and anyone who doesn’t wish to drink. The sessions are hosted by the UK’s leading Cheese presenters such as the bon vivants Shane Holland and Neil Philips and are not too be missed.

THE MASTERCLASSES COST £6.00 AND RUN FOR ONE HOUR.

PLEASE NOTE:

Each Masterclass is limited to 30 people, this is to ensure we can give the best possible talks and devote time and attention to the Cheese’s.  After each talk the marquee will be cleared so we can set up for the next talk.
