Woz and Loz cook with pork – Jockey Club Catering

Warren O,Connor (Woz) and Lawrie Jeffries (Loz) will demonstrate how to get some different cuts of meat from a whole loin of pork and some different ways  of cooking.

They will present some pork dishes from the racecourse’s fine dining restaurant and give an insight on how to cook and present pork dishes to a restaurant standard.

They will discuss different breeds of pork and talk about from ‘farm to plate’
