Prsut, Panceta, Sokol, unique and very different, it must be a week in red wine for the process to make it a real delicie, cheese from the island of Pag and mountain cheese from Mjesina, and black cherry & figs

ISTRA (Northern Adriatic)

Prsut and pancetta completely different than in Dalmatia, truffles, and cheeses

SLAVONIA (North, Continental part neighbourhood with Hungary and Serbia)
