“Flavours of the Wye Valley” – Tudor Farmhouse Hotel & Restaurant

Rob Cox has created a unique ‘20 mile menu’ celebrating the area’s quality local ingredients, awarding him the title of South West Chef of the Year and will be showcasing these in his demonstration “Flavours of the Wye Valley”.

Based in the village of Clearwell in the Forest of Dean, Tudor Farmhouse boasts 20 stylish rooms, 14 acres of private land and an award-winning restaurant with two rosettes. It was recently named Country Hotel of the Year by the Good Hotel Guide and is just a stone’s throw from the walks and attractions of the Forest of Dean.
