Executive Chef Ram Jalasutram has worked at the Dorchester with Alain Ducasse where they, as Head Chef and Sous Chef, won 3 Michelin stars, and at Pennyhill Park as Head Chef he won and maintained 1 Michelin star and 3AA Rosettes.

Chef Ram will introduce new tastes, styles and an innovative presentation of classic dishes with a modern twist, come and experience the new tastes from Spice Lodge at the festival. 

The chefs at the Spice Lodge have racked up a number of awards for its authentic food over the years, and it has quite a strong following in Cheltenham.
