The quality of food is at the heart of The Feathered Nest, offering modern British cooking. Head Chef, Kuba Winkowski, and his team source the best ingredients from around the British Isles, promoting local suppliers, where possible. Most of our produce is made in house: cultured butter, bread, lardo, salamis, hams, smoked salmon, smoked haddock and much more. Following his Polish heritage, Chef Kuba is using old techniques of curing, ageing, drying and smoking.
Their seasonal menu can be enjoyed in all of their dining areas and on warm, balmy sunny days the garden terrace allows for outside dining, naturally shaded by the old Sycamore tree and with the most amazing views over the Evenlode Valley.
