Farncombe Estate’s Culinary Director will be going head to head with the Estate’s Executive Chef, Jon Ingram, in a Food Festival Chef Off.
Martin will be showcasing a dish from the newly launch Back Garden restaurant at Dormy House, whilst Jon will be cooking up a dish from the Hook, a seafood inspired restaurant at The Fish Hotel. The questions is, who will be crowned this year’s winner?!
