Library tasting of Clothbound Cheddars

Cheddar, the most famous cheese in the world, but not all Cheddars are created equal! Tasting cheeses made by master artisans of finest clothbound cheddars.

While age used to be the hallmark of a good (and expensive) cheddar, mongers and foodies alike are now looking at how a cheese is aged to help gauge a cheddar’s quality. The delicious result? A newfound appreciation of the traditional clothbound method for aging cheddar.

Paired with matching wine, curd nerd and Cheese writer Shane Holland will take us on a journey of Cheddars.
