Heather Dougherty, Chairman of the Association of Wine Educators (AWE) is here to answer the burning questions that preoccupy wine drinkers.

How can I to be more adventurous in my wine buying? I would like to break out of my wine comfort zone, but don’t want to take a shot in the dark based on an attractive label. How much do I really need to spend to get a “good” bottle of wine? How to negotiate the supermarket “wall of wine” to unearth the hidden gems?
