Tim Adams Wines is a family owned and operated winery in the beautiful Clare Valley in South Australia. The winery has come a long way since Tim and wife Pam first crushed 10 tons in a tin shed for their first vintage in 1987. Today the winery crushes around 850 tons, sourced both from their own vineyards and those of a loyal band of growers, which are situated right across varied microclimates across the depth and breadth of the Clare Valley. Over the years the company has been awarded many Gold Medals in the International Wine Challenge and has the IWC Value Trophy for both Red Wines and White Wines. Varieties produced include Riesling, Semillon, Pinot Gris, Shiraz, Grenache, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec. Tim Adams wines great value and reflect the rich soil of the Clare – always elegant, balanced and distinctively Australian.
