Having completed his apprenticeship in Michelin starred restaurants in Dublin, Pastry Chef Tyrone Hull went on to work for some of the UK’s best chefs. These included Gordon Ramsay at 3 Michelin starred Royal Hospital Road and as Head of Pastry for Andy Mackenzie at the 5 star Lainston House in Winchester.
He now works as a Pastry Chef Consultant whilst running The Hampshire Confectioner. Here he makes hand made chocolates and macrons using a variety of Hampshire ingredients.
